Para crear una tabla dinámica que muestre las últimas 4 semanas de datos (es decir, 4 semanas consecutivas), puede agregar una columna auxiliar a los datos de origen para marcar los registros de las últimas 4 semanas y luego usar la columna auxiliar para filtrar los datos en la tabla dinámica. En el ejemplo que se muestra, la fecha actual es el 25 de agosto de 2019 y la tabla dinámica muestra 4 anteriores completos. Cuando se agregan nuevos datos con el tiempo, la tabla dinámica continuará rastreando las 4 semanas anteriores según la fecha actual.

Campos

En la tabla dinámica que se muestra, hay cuatro campos en los datos de origen: Fecha, Ventas, Semana y Filtro. El filtro es una columna auxiliar con una fórmula que marca las últimas 4 semanas. Week es una columna auxiliar que devuelve el lunes para cualquier fecha determinada (solo por conveniencia). Ventas es el campo de valor y Semana se ha agregado como un campo Fila para agrupar por semana:

Fórmula

La fórmula utilizada en D5 (Semana), copiada, es:

=B5-WEEKDAY(B5,3)

Esta fórmula devuelve el lunes de la semana para cualquier fecha determinada.

La fórmula utilizada en E5 (Filtro), copiada, es:

=AND(B5>=TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY(),3)-28,B5

This formula checks for dates in the last n weeks. It returns TRUE when a date is in the last 4 complete weeks, and FALSE if not. See the link for a full explanation.

Customizing week count

To customize the weeks displayed, adjust the Filter formula as needed to increase or decrease days. For example, to display the last 6 weeks (42 days), use:



=AND(B5>=TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY(),3)-42,B5

Steps

  1. Add helper column for Week with the formula above
  2. Add helper column for Filter with the formula above
  3. Create a pivot table
  4. Add Sales as a Value field
  5. Add Week as a Row field
  6. Set number formatting for Week as desired
  7. Add helper column as a Filter, filter on TRUE
